About us
When they’re not photographing weddings, they are staying active with their two Dachshunds with iced coffees in hand, wandering through organic stores, booking overseas trips and trying new restaurants.

I’m a sucker for beige and brown everything, a bowl of pasta (and just food in general really), handbags and iced coffee. I spend far too much time on Depop, love fashion, shopping too much, cooking, museums and psychological thrillers, and will find almost any excuse to plan another trip.
I’m happiest when I’m creating, organising something down to the tiniest detail, discovering somewhere new or surrounded by animals.
Basically, if it’s aesthetically pleasing, involves food, is meticulously planned or comes with an iced coffee, I’m probably interested.

Hamish has an instinct for making things better than he found them. Whether refining a film, perfecting a piece of technology or finding a smarter way to approach something, he is endlessly curious and quietly meticulous.
A lover of all things tech, an enthusiastic collector of airline points and rarely one to pass up something sweet, Hamish brings equal parts precision and ease to La Este. His eye for movement, sound and the moments unfolding just beyond the obvious gives our films their considered, immersive quality.
