Bespoke packages
As no two weddings are the same, we offer fully bespoke and customisable packages, please enquire with us in regards to curating the coverage for your wedding day.
Film photography
We’re pleased to offer it to those who book the La Este All Day package. Please contact us for more information.
Film photography will be developed digitally and published in your curated online wedding gallery alongside your digital wedding photos.
Recommended suppliers
Once we have locked in your date with a deposit every couple is sent a curated list of recommended suppliers that we know and love to work alongside. We will ensure you have a range of options to choose from and ensure your day runs smoothly with handpicked talents we have witnessed whilst capturing weddings.
Destination weddings & multi-day events
We capture weddings internationally and often travel to different parts of Europe and abroad.
Please send us an enquiry to speak in regards to creating a tailored package with à la carte additions to cater our coverage to suit your celebrations.
Can you assist with a timeline?
Full breakdowns and planning timelines are available for booked clients. Every booked couple receives custom timeline support from us as industry experts, gallery curation, planning support and hands-on direction to ensure there is a seamless, calm, and beautiful flow to your day.
How many creatives will be present on the day?
We pride ourselves on our ability to capture every single intricate detail of your day with just two team members, one for photography and one for videography. There is a fee for adding additional photographers and/or videographers. Reach out if this is something you’re interested in and we can provide you with a personalised quote.
Do you travel?
If you're within and hour and half of our location, travel is included. Outside of that we would provide you with a quote based on the package and distance.
Deposit
We require a 30% deposit to secure your booking.
Extra hours
At La Este films we understand that not every wedding is the same so we offer extra hours above the limited hours per package. They're charged at $350 per hour per creative. A maximum of 11 hours can be booked.
How many photos are delivered?
Depending on the day and how many photo opportunities there are other than the main events/formalities, we aim to deliver approximately 800-1500 photos,
Turnaround time
For photography it's generally within one to two months. For films the turnaround time for a highlights video is approximately two to three months.
We provide you with preview images 24-72 hours after your wedding
Do we receive preview photos?
You will receive correspondence from us in regards to your online gallery link which will beautifully display up to 100 edited photos provided to you 24-72 hours after your wedding day.

We’re awkward with photos
This is something we come across regularly with clients, our years of expertise have enabled us to have no issues creating a comfortable atmosphere for all of our clients that feel awkward in front of a camera.
Prints
Some of our packages include a certain dollar amount that goes towards ordering your prints. You can order these stunning prints via the website your online gallery is displayed.
Travel time
We often get asked, is travel time between locations we have to go to on the day included as apart of the set hours you have us there for on your wedding day? To answer as simply as possible, the moment we take our first photo is the moment we begin the clock so to speak. If you have a fair distance between your getting ready locations and venue, this does take away from the time we get to take your photos.
Delivery
We deliver our photos and films digitally.
You'll receive your stills and films from us with a stunning displayed and curated online gallery.
Refunds & cancellations
As per the legal contract you sign when you book with us to capture your day, you are legally agreeing to forfeiting your deposit should you regretfully cancel your wedding or cancel your booking for any reason. This is a strict industry standard across all wedding suppliers. As much as we sympathise with those who must make that decision we have held that date and aren’t guaranteed to book it again. We understand this can be frustrating although we do ask you to thoughouly read the contract upon booking to avoid disappointment. Postponements, if you work with us willingly to choose a date we’re available we can hold your deposit and transfer it to the new date. Postponements that are rescheduled for a date we are not available will lead to your deposit being forfeited.
